9 Factors Seminar-page-001 (1)

Jen and I will be putting on a Nutrition and Lifestyle Workshop on Oct. 25th from 10:30am – 1:30pm. This is open to the public and we want anyone looking to better their health to come. You don’t have to do CrossFit or any specific type of exercise, this is going to be an all encompassing informative workshop. We hope that you invite your family and friends to our Workshop!

Last week before we deload.

Week 5 will be a deload we will go back to our week one percentages and only go to 8 reps for our last set and do not worry about tempo.  We are concerned with perfect movement and getting your body to fire in the correct motor pattern so when we go back to our heavier weights in week 6 our body will be better prepared and positioned to lift in the right sequence.  So let’s get after this week and perform perfectly next week.  We workout for a reason and that reason is to get better and healthier!

x4 (75%)

x2+ (80%) max 16 reps

then..
