Jackie K. getting ready to pull her 155 power clean.  She did amazing this weekend and we saw so much potential in her to be a great athlete and compete at a high level!  Great work girl!

Find your 1RM for the complex in 15 minutes

2 Power Cleans (no touch and go)

4 Front Squats

1 Split Jerk

then take 10-20#’s off the bar and complete 4 more sets for the remainder of class.
