Starting August 1st we will be starting to follow CrossFit main site programming for a month. I want you all to see a different side of programming and how CrossFit.com programs compared to us and compared to many other CrossFit’s out there. We will see what we like what we don’t like and how you all feel. We will still scale and modify workouts to peoples ability, but if you want to get some examples check out their website http://www.crossfit.com and see what they are doing.
