15-rep max Overhead Squat

This is one of our benchmarks for our Performance Levels. I will have individual level goals posted on the board, but the ultimate goal with Overhead Squat is to be able to squat your bodyweight 15 times. Good luck!


Tabata Power Cleans 185/115

Tabata Burpees

You will do eight rounds of each, 16 rounds total, alternating movements each round. Score is total reps.
