Snatch Complex
1 Snatch Deadlift
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Squat Snatch
7 rounds

You will increase weight each round.  Start light and work your way up.  This is a great day to work technique and start to understand different parts of the snatch. 








Becky M. putting together her first handstand.  The reaction she got after getting this huge accomplishment could only be done in a CrossFit gym.  You don’t see that anywhere else.  Why would you not want to feel like that!   Great job girl I knew you would get it soon.
